PAINTING

2021 - Artist residency at Rewilding Appenines, Italy, wildlife organization.

Anne Brenner set up infrared cameras with Rewilding's team of specialists and obtained images and videos of bears, wolves and deer.

2022 - Back in her studio, she creates paintings of these animals mixed with the tapestries patterns of Italian palaces.

This series of paintings is devised as a testimony to animal wildlife and the civilization that surrounds it.

Anne Brenner's approach involves an ecological and environmental awareness where is created a policy of the interdependence of human and animal species.
